Who are we?

What data do we collect?

We only collect the data necessary to provide our service:

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, business name and address
  • Client data: data of your clients that you enter yourself, such as name, contact details, appointment history and notes
  • Payment data: invoice details and payment history (credit card details are never stored by us)
  • Usage data: how you use the app, login times and device information
  • Communications: messages you send to clients through our platform

How do we use your data?

We use your data exclusively for:

  • Providing and improving our service
  • Processing appointments and bookings
  • Sending reminders and notifications
  • Invoicing and payment processing
  • Customer service and technical support
  • Analyzing usage to improve our platform
  • Complying with legal obligations

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share data with:

  • Payment processors: for handling payments (e.g. Stripe)
  • Hosting and cloud providers: for securely storing data within the EU
  • Email and SMS services: for sending appointment reminders
  • Government: only when we are legally required to do so

All processors are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with GDPR.

Cookies

We only use functional cookies necessary for the application to work properly, such as session cookies and language preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Analytical cookies are only placed with your consent.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you can request which data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected
  • Right to erasure: you can request deletion of your data
  • Right to data portability: you can receive your data in a standard format
  • Right to restriction: you can restrict the processing of your data
  • Right to object: you can object to certain types of processing

You can exercise these rights by sending an email to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Retention periods

We do not retain your data longer than necessary:

  • Account data: as long as you have an active account, plus a maximum of 12 months after cancellation
  • Client data: as long as your account is active; after cancellation, this is deleted within 90 days
  • Invoice data: 7 years, in accordance with fiscal retention obligations
  • Usage data: maximum of 26 months

After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Security

We take the protection of your data seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in storage and transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel
  • We make regular backups
  • Our servers are located within the European Union
  • We conduct regular security audits

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and inform you as soon as possible.
