Your salon data deserves clear protection
No impenetrable security language. See which safeguards fellbee uses, who is responsible for what and what happens to your data when you cancel.
The foundation
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections to fellbee use TLS/SSL. Data is stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to authorised people.
Storage within the European Union
Our servers for salon and client data are located within the EU. Suppliers processing data are bound by appropriate GDPR-compliant agreements.
Backups and recovery
We create regular backups to support recovery after an incident. Backups are a safety net and do not replace careful access controls.
Who is responsible for what?
For client data you process in fellbee, your salon is the data controller and fellbee acts as the processor. In practical terms:
- You decide which client data is necessary for your service and the legal basis for processing it.
- fellbee secures the platform and processes data according to the agreements and privacy policy.
- User permissions help you limit team access to what each person needs for their work.
Export, cancellation and deletion
Your data remains yours
You can export client data, appointment history and reports, so you are not locked into one system.
Cancel monthly
After cancellation, your account remains accessible until the end of the paid period. The terms provide a further 30 days to export your data.
Clear retention periods
The privacy policy states that client data is deleted within 90 days after cancellation. Records that must legally be retained, such as invoices, may be kept longer.
Read the formal agreements
This page explains the main points in plain language. The privacy policy and terms remain authoritative.
